I am having to do a NVQ at the undertakers that I have just started at.
I know nothing about embalming and one of the questions is which can be emblamed, and if they can be viewed.
Any help would be appreciated

Embalm as soon as possible.
The only one here that I really see time as a factor in would be the HIV/AIDS as the virus should die after around 24 hours.
If you are a careful embalmer you shouldn't have to worry about too much, just be careful with the TB.
