It's all very strange. In Yorkshire we have a saying that "there's nowt so queer as folk" and this would be an ideal example.
Strange from the funeral directors' perspective and I would suggest that the sisters need some help.

I would think that the funeral director would say "enough is enough" after all this time.  Here in the US, I would contact the authorities, and get a court order to have the lady buried or cremated.

As the NAFD say, they done nothing wrong. Don't think I would want it in my funeral home. Might put new clients off knowing there's a rotting one in there!
